In case you didn't already know, Minnesota has stated that they think Shade is ready for the Total Pancreatectomy with Auto Islet Cell Transplant. We have teamed up with the Children's Organ Transplant Association (COTA) to raise funds in honor of Shade. Your contribution will go to COTA for
Shade F, and 100% of the funds raised will be available for
transplant-related expenses for his lifetime. COTA is a wonderful
organization and keeps families accountable. This means that you can
feel comfortable knowing that your donation will only be used for
transplant-related expenses. Also, donations are tax deductible to the
fullest extent of the law, and that is good news for everybody and can
encourage companies to give as well. Please consider donating to COTA
